Avoid Adoption Anti-Patterns

During almost two decades of Agile method implementation, our industry has experienced a significant number of errors worth exploring and learning from. Attention to such anti-patterns is also important for another reason: “survivorship bias” – a cognitive bias that tends to consider only positive inputs and as a result significantly distorts reality.
