Tool: Emotional Dimension

In adoption of new practices, methods and tools, emotional challenges of people who are supposed to adopt the new ways of working, often becomes the primary predictor of failure or success. Emotional aspect, despite its importance, gets very often unattended (see Isolated Thinking). Often times this is one of the symptoms of a larger Easy Pill attitude problem on behalf of the management that lacks basic education as to the Dynamics of Complex Organizations. Emotional Dimension is an example of Second-Order Thinking patterns.
